With PeerTrack, authors will be able to submit original and revised manuscripts, receive reviewers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 feedback in a timely manner, and track correspondence from \u00c2\u00a0the Editors. More information can be found in this<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malcs.org\/archive-2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/05\/PT-letter-to-MALCS-Members-5-15-15.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">letter from the Editors<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As the publication of a diverse association, the Journal is receptive to all scholarly methods and theoretical perspectives that examine, describe, analyze, or interpret the experiences of Chicanas\/Latinas and Native women. The Journal welcomes English or Spanish submissions of scholarship, commentary, reviews, and creative writing.<\/p>\n<h3>History<\/h3>\n<p>The Journal, then known as <em>Voces<\/em>, was originally housed at the Chicana\/Latina Research Center of the University of California at Davis. <em>Voces<\/em> was published between 1996-2001 under the management of Adaljiza Sosa-Riddell. From 2003 to 2009, the Journal was housed at Loyola Marymount University and was renamed <em>Chicana\/Latina Studies: The Journal of Mujeres Activas en Letras y Cambio Social<\/em>. Under the co-editorship of KarenMary Davalos (2003-2009), Alicia Partnoy (2003-2006), and Tiffany Ana L\u00c3\u00b3pez (2006-2009), the Journal established itself as an interdisciplinary space of intellectual rigor.<\/p>\n<p>In the Summer of 2009, the Journal transitioned to\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0College of Education and\u00c2\u00a0Human Development (COEHD) at\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0University of Texas at San Antonio under the Editorship of\u00c2\u00a0Josie Mendez-Negrete, with Tiffany Ana L\u00c3\u00b3pez serving as co-editor (2009-2011). \u00c2\u00a0Additional history on C\/LS may be found in Volume 9(1) under Editor Commentary. \u00c2\u00a0The\u00c2\u00a0Journal\u00c2\u00a0moved to Arizona State University under the co-editorship of Gloria Cu\u00c3\u00a1draz and Alejandra Elenes in the summer of 2014.<\/p>\n<h3>Editors<\/h3>\n<p class=\"indent\">C0-Lead Editor: Gloria Cu\u00c3\u00a1draz, Arizona State University<\/p>\n<p class=\"indent\">Co-Lead Editor: C.
