American Politics
The Department of Political Science invites applications for a tenure-track, entry-level assistant professor position in American politics, specializing in race and politics, beginning in 2012-13. The Department especially welcomes candidates with additional expertise in related fields, such as urban politics, media and politics, interest groups, religion, social movements, or public policy. In exceptional circumstances, a senior appointment is possible. Candidates should have the Ph.D. in hand by September 2012.
