JOB: Latino/a Literature, Yale University

I am delighted to announce an opening for a tenure-track position for an Assistant Professor of Latina/o Literature at Yale University. The position will be located in Ethnicity, Race, and Migration and American Studies. I ask for your assistance in circulating the announcement.

The Yale University Ethnicity, Race, and Migration Program, and the Yale University American Studies Program, intends to make a joint, tenure-track assistant professor appointment, to begin July 1, 2012, focusing on Latina/o Literature. Applicants who work on Spanish- and English-language texts, with a focus on  transnational/ hemispheric literary or expressive cultures from the 18th century to the present, are particularly encouraged to apply.  Yale University is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
